GO FORTH AND MULTIPLY?!
Well it looks like the Duggars from Arkansas have some competition from the Chernenkos from California. The Duggars have 16 children, while the Chernenkos just had their 17th!! Want to know the one thing that really sets these two families apart? The Duggars are self sustaining, and even pay cash for everything! They own their vehicles, their house, all of it. The Chernenkos, on the other hand, are on public assistance! I'll spare you my commentary, but the comments are open.

um... i don't think that anybody whose recipes include tater-tots and velveeta is really self-sustaining, are they? unless we have different definitions of self-sustaining...
That's just one recipe. They buy all their own groceries, make all their own food, and pay up front for everything they need including computers and vehicles. There are no credit cards and no public assistance.
Whether I agree with their lifestyle is a completely different story. They are, however self sustaining.
Neither family is doing much for the CONDOM industry, but I get your point.
Since when is what someone eats a problem? With 16 kids, I am sure most of them love tater tots and cheese. If you are going to start determining how good someone's life is by what thier children eat you are stupid and narrow minded and more then likely don't have children.
As long as they do it on thier own, they should get much kudos for it.
