BAR BRI CLASS ACTION UPDATE

WOW, Have not heard anything on this front since 2006! Well, color me shocked; I got a check in the mail today from BarBri for a little over $300! Never expected that to happen!

The accompanying letter says that it is a partial award and that the balance of the settlement fund will be distributed "After all outstanding appeals have been resolved". I think that pretty much the entire leftover funds will be eaten by attorneys fees (oh the irony), but still a check is a check. Being in the non-profit sector, I never turn away cash! Anyone other readers out there get paid?
